Our office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We strive to provide accessible care and can accommodate same-day appointments in most circumstances when you call.

BILLING & COVERAGE
Insurance & Payment
Please remember to bring your insurance card with you, as we accept most insurance plans including Medicare and Medicaid, and copayments required by your plan must be paid when you check in.
For self-pay patients, payment is expected in full at the time of service, and we accept cash, checks, debit cards, and major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
PHARMACY SERVICES
Medication & Refill Requests
For your convenience, routine refill requests for non-controlled medications should be submitted directly through your pharmacy, and their team will reach out to our office as needed; please note that all refill inquiries should be made during our normal phone line hours.

Confidential Medical Records
Your health records are strictly confidential and fully protected under HIPAA regulations, meaning we take your personal privacy seriously and will only release your information with a signed consent form from you.
